What does CapoVida mean: 

Capo Vida translates to "Boss Life." Capo is derived from Italian which literally means boss in English and vida is derived from Spanish which translates to life in English.

How did this clothing line start: 

Start has been an idea for over a year but was pushed aside once we all began college due to the separation. After we got comfortable with school, we started talking about the idea of beginning a clothing line again. As time passed we started to become more serious about actually launching a line. We sketched designs, did research for people who can help us turn our ideas into reality decided to launch the line in June of 2013. 

Who is apart of CapoVida: 

The main members of the team are Danny, Tunji, Nate, and Stephon.

Who are y'all fashion inspirations: 

We all have various fashion inspirations. Marcelo Burlon, Pharrell, Ricardo Tisci, Pusha T, Cristóbal Balenciaga just to name a few. 

Why are they your inspirations:

 These people are our inspirations because they are able to make statement pieces but in a simple way. They are always able to bring something new and creative to the industry. An example is Marcelo Burlon's County of Milan. He was able to use abstract designs to make a statement and bring a new idea of printing by printing around the collar of his shirts.

Can you tell me about your line: 

We would describe our line as a lifestyle brand. Our goal is to provide high quality clothes at affordable prices.
